No - the majority of our properties do not allow pets Q. Do you accept Section 8 Rental Assistance? A. Yes! Q. I need housing immediately - how long is the application process? A. The background check usually takes 1-3 business days to complete. We are also required to verify all sources of income and all assets, so it depends on how long it takes banks, employers, etc to return the forms to us. Usually an application can be completed within 2 weeks. Q. I am looking for help paying my rent - Do you have Rental Assistance? A. CMHP has rental assistance at some of our properties, however we do not have financial assistance to help you pay your rent where you currently live. |
