One of the services that the Partnership provides is assistance with identifying current affordable housing needs and planning for future affordable housing in your community. Our community development planning expertise includes a needs analysis, securing funding, and implementation plans that lead to specific project financing.

If you are a Private Developer or Non-Profit Housing Provider.

Central MN Housing Partnership also provides assistance with financial packaging, securing funding, and project specific administration for affordable housing components within proposed developments. Our organization often partners with other non-profits to develop affordable housing.

If you are a service provider in the Central Region and need access to resources for existing or new programs that address the needs of very low-income families.

Central MN Housing Partnership coordinates Continuum of Care for the Central Region. The Regional Continuum links existing services to the needs of the region and identifies gaps in the region where additional services are needed.
