The Central Minnesota Housing Partnership offers affordable financing products through the Greater Minnesota Housing Fund Building Better Neighborhood Program. Funds are leveraged for specific sub-divisions and homes are available to first time homebuyers with financing to help them achieve an affordable monthly payment. Homes and financing are presently available in the following sub-divisions:

• Woodridge of Dumbeck Estates, Brainerd
• Granite Ledge, Cold Spring
• Heritage Greens, Cambridge
• Trailside Estates, Pequot Lakes

The Central Minnesota Community Land Trust offers a variety of financing products and assistance to assist low and moderat- income households achieve homeownership. New construction home opportunities are now available in Heritage Greens of Cambridge. Please click here for more information.
