Home Stretch Registration Information

• CMHP Home Stretch workshops are scheduled in 16 Central Minnesota communities
• Workshops are scheduled every month of the year
• Workshops consist of three class nights; one class per week on same night. Participants must attend all three class to receive completion certificate.
• Evening sessions are 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. - All one day classes are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Home Stretch household registration fee is $25
